Job summary

TRACKS Integrated Services is seeking a Junior Project Coordinator to support delivery of a major infrastructure project across Perth and the Cocos (Keeling) Islands. The role is site-based with a 3 weeks on / 1 week off rotation anticipated for approximately six months.

This 22-month contract offers exposure to a major project and opportunities to develop coordination, stakeholder and logistics experience while collaborating with experienced teams in a complex environment.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years' experience in project coordination, administration or similar role, ideally within civil, construction or infrastructure
  • Strong organisation and time-management skills
  • Confident communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment
  • Australian Citizenship
  • Ability to hold or obtain an AGSVA Baseline security clearance, with potential upgrade to NV1
  • Availability to work onsite and undertake the CKI rotation

Identified Position
