Job summary

Education First (EF Language Abroad) is seeking a Junior Program Coordinator for our Sydney office. The role focuses on promoting EF Language Abroad programs, guiding prospective students by email and phone, and supporting sales with our local and global teams in a dynamic, international environment.

You will engage with students, manage communications, and participate in fairs and university events to build relationships and drive program enrollment.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Full working rights in Australia
• Detail-oriented with a can-do attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience living, studying, or working abroad is a plus
• Additional languages are a plus

Responsibilities

• Drive sales using internal database to sustain a long-term sales strategy for our programs
• Be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and quick, high-quality service
• Keep the internal sales database and communications organized for efficient work
• Maintain a high-volume outbound communication and calls to potential students
• Foster team spirit and motivate the team to reach individual and collective goals
• Represent EF at fairs and universities to meet prospective students
• Build strong relationships with global and diverse staff to provide the best EF experience

As a Junior Program Coordinator, you will promote our EF Language Abroad programs to potential students with the support of your local and Global Sales Teams. You will engage with students personally, via email, and over the phone, guiding them through their journey with us until they return from their trip.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Drive Sales:Use our internal database to sustain a successful long-term sales strategy of our programs

Customer Service: Being the first point-of-contact for our customers on their journey with us, ensuring all communication is clear and all questions are answered quickly with top customer service every time.

• Administrative Tasks:Keep our internal sales database and all communications both internally and externally organized and clear for efficient work and easy accessibility to information
• Excellent Communication: Maintain a high-volume of outbound communication and calls daily to potential students
• Team Spirit:Motivate yourself and your team to reach individual and team goals with a positive, competitive attitude
• Relationship building:Represent EF at fairs and universities to meet prospective students throughout the year
• Teamwork:Build strong relationships with our global and diverse office and campus staff to provide students with the best EF experience

• Full fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
