Rare opportunity for a Junior Draftsperson to join a well-known residential builder in Melbourne's South-East, specialising in Townhomes.

Due to ongoing success our client is looking for a draftee to join their supportive, close-knit team and is dedicated to helping you take the next step in your drafting career.

This is an ideal role for a draftee with (at least 6 months) volume resi experience looking to learn Townhomes!

The Role

• Reporting to the Drafting manager, your duties will include but are not limited to:
• Preparation of working drawings including site plans, updating plans to match written requests and final construction plans for Townhomes
• Delivering accurate documentation in a timely manner
• Providing support to other members of the drafting team
• Updating plans with multiple variations, drawing & assessing buildability as you go
• Liaise with internal teams to meet KPI's

About You

• Experience ideally includes 6 months volume residential drafting
• ArchiCAD software experience is essential
• A desire to work within a close-knit and productive team
• Effective communications skills
• Excellent time management skills and ability to manage scheduling
