Job summary

Capstone Recruitment is working exclusively with a private investor with a national portfolio of industrial assets. We are seeking a Project Manager to join the team and play a key role in capital works, refurbishment and redevelopment of the existing portfolio.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager ready to step up, offering genuine end-to-end project management exposure across a diverse range of industrial assets.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years’ project management experience within property, construction or a related discipline.
• Experience working across construction or capital works projects.
• Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive approach and desire to develop your project management career.
• Ideally an Assistant PM or Junior PM looking to take the next step.

Responsibilities

• Manage capital works, upgrades and redevelopment projects from inception through to completion
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and key stakeholders
• Manage project budgets, programmes, procurement and delivery
• Work closely with experienced senior project managers and benefit from strong mentorship
• Gain exposure across the full project lifecycle within an established property investment portfolio
