Job summary

Freedom Furniture Australia Pty Limited is seeking a Planning Analyst to help optimise sales, inventory and profitability through analysis, forecasting and stock management at our North Ryde Support Centre.

You will work with Planning, Buying and Supply Planning to deliver commercial insights and support category performance.

The role offers exposure to end-to-end retail planning in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandise planning, allocation, replenishment, inventory management or retail analysis.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Understanding of retail KPIs, forecasting and inventory management.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Organised, proactive and commercially minded.

Responsibilities

• Analyse sales, stock and category performance.
• Prepare weekly reports and performance insights.
• Support forecasting, financial planning and Open-to-Buy processes.
• Assist with replenishment, allocations and inventory management.
• Support promotions, range reviews and new product launches.
• Identify risks and opportunities and provide recommendations.
• Partner with Buying, Supply Planning and key business stakeholders.
