The Role
  • Assist with end-to-end leasing, including apartment tours, applications, lease renewals, and rent reviews
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, responding to resident requests and ensuring a positive experience
  • Support marketing initiatives, community events, and social media engagement
  • Maintain databases and records accurately, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
  • Contribute to resident retention programs, occupancy goals, and revenue growth
