Job summary

The University of Technology Sydney is seeking a Junior Technical Support Analyst to join the Cloud & Infrastructure team. You will provide frontline technical support to faculty, staff and students, resolving hardware, software and technology-related issues while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Based in Sydney, this full-time role offers a base salary of AU$80,311 to AU$85,903 per year, plus 17% superannuation and a range of employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IT support processes and ticketing systems.
• Strong problem-solving and practical technical solution abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline technical support to staff and students for hardware, software and technology issues.
• Collaborate with IT teams to deliver reliable, customer-focused support services.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of IT support processes.
• Assist with IT asset lifecycle activities including device maintenance and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate support records and timely communication on tickets.
• Liaise with vendors to resolve technical issues when required.
