Job summary

Country Road Group is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to support the development and rollout of creative concepts across Witchery’s Marketing, Digital and Visual Merchandising channels. You will contribute foundational graphic design and typesetting skills, translating briefs into visual concepts and delivering artwork for digital and print communications.

You will work on social assets, in-store signage, internal communications, and stay updated on trends and tools to ensure high-quality

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in graphic design.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support with the development, design and execution of creative communications across digital and print.
• Translate briefs and verbal ideas into visual concepts.
• Design and develop artwork for weekly marketing communications.
• Design assets for social channels, including Instagram, Facebook, and for performance marketing channels.
• Develop print collateral for VM, including decals and in-store signage.
• Provide graphic support for internal communication, including presentations and set templates for internal teams.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies, trends and digital design tools and implement.
• Hold accountability for all creative work, to ensure deliverables are executed to a high standard.
• Research and develop new ideas for visual design, typography, layouts and animated and motion graphics
