Job summary

Silvershop is seeking a Midweight Graphic Designer - Artwork & Production to join our Marketing team in Queensland. You will execute artwork for campaigns across digital, print and retail, adapting assets to multiple sizes and formats while upholding brand guidelines.

You’ll collaborate with the Marketing team, translate briefs into polished visuals, and prepare files for print and production. A strong design foundation with attention to detail is essential for this fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of graphic design experience in a commercial, retail, fashion or jewellery environment.
• A qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Understanding of typography, layout and hierarchy; print production and pre-press requirements.

Responsibilities

• Bring creative concepts to life across digital, print and retail environments.
• Translate briefs and creative direction into polished visual assets.
• Create, adapt and resize artwork across multiple formats and channels; develop within brand guidelines.
• Assist with campaign rollouts, new collection launches and promotional creative.
• Retouch and prepare photography for marketing channels; liaise with printers and suppliers when required.
