About the role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our amazing creative team this a new role due to the exciting growth period we are in. Every day is different, but you can expect to contribute to the team by:

• Designing aesthetic and on-brand assets for digital and print, including social media, EDMs, website, and promotional materials
• Collaborating with the Marketing team to develop engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms
• Working closely with the Creative Lead to ensure consistency across all brand visuals
• Staying up to date on design trends and best practices to keep our content fresh and innovative
• Managing multiple projects and deadlines while delivering high-quality creative work

About you

Our ideal candidate will:

• Have proven experience (2+ years) in graphic design, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Video editing skills (e.g. Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or a similar platform)
• Be a creative thinker with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects
• Be confident in creating digital content for social media and other platforms
• Thrive in a collaborative environment, bringing fresh ideas while meeting deadlines
• Be passionate about design, with an appreciation for the beauty industry
