Junior Finance Officer - Master Data and Charge Out Rates

We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Analyst to support our Master Data and Charge Out Rates teams in our Shared Service Centre based in Brisbane servicing the APAC region. As part of a collaborative team, you will primarily support multiple business units and locations across the APAC region and be responsible for meeting Service Level Agreements and customer expectations.

You will have an analytic mind and solutions-oriented approach, responding to requests, queries, and resolving issues. You will take great pride in your work and customer service skills, collaborating closely with team members both locally and internationally.

Main duties and responsibilities
  • Supporting the process of client/matter data updates and supplier creations and updates
  • Working with internal stakeholders to set up special rate agreements
  • Communicating with internal and external customers efficiently and effectively
  • Ensuring all SLA’s, KPI’s, and relevant company standards and guidelines are met
  • Assisting with other daily tasks assigned by the Master Data Analyst, Charge out Rates Analysts, and APAC Shared Service Centre Manager
About you

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and high attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work within tight timeframes
  • 1 year experience in a Finance department, preferably within Master Data or Pricing and Rates
  • Familiarity with MS Office, SAP, ServiceNow
  • Experience working in a Shared Service Centre
