The responsibilities of the role include:

• Responsible for establishing accounts for all products & services provided
• Servicing clients maintenance needs on their accounts
• Undertake investigations in respect to customer requests
• Build & maintain a strong working relationship with key stakeholders
• Demonstrate continuous process improvement and ongoing change improvement
• Participate in cross training both within the team and the wider Market Operations team
• Maintain a high level of risk management

To be considered for the role you will:

• Tertiary qualification & RG146 Accreditation is desirable
• 2-3 Years Equities Support experience
• Strong oral & written communicational skills
• Have an ability to work at a fast pace and tight time frames.
