Subemo Pty Ltd is seeking a hands-on marketing junior to join our team at Sydney Olympic Park. You'll work closely with our marketing crew and gain exposure to paid ads, EDM, ecommerce, and online marketplaces while handling day-to-day admin to keep campaigns running smoothly.

This role is ideal for a go-getter who wants to learn by doing: plan and optimise campaigns, manage product listings, create content briefs, and contribute to reporting.

Qualifications

• A genuine go-getter with a strong willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Basic understanding of marketing fundamentals and e‑commerce.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and reliable with admin and follow‑through.
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and picking up new tools quickly.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Help plan, build and optimise paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google and more)
• Create and schedule EDM / email marketing campaigns
• Manage and update product listings on our ecommerce store
• List, monitor and optimise products across online marketplaces (eBay, Amazon, Catch, etc.)
• Support creative production — briefing, sourcing and organising images, video and copy
• Provide general marketing administration and reporting support
• Keep marketing assets, calendars and data well organised
