Job summary

HealthCare Logic is seeking a Junior DevOps Engineer to support deployment and infrastructure workflows across our CI/CD pipelines. This hands-on role focuses on performance, scalability, and uptime, working across both new and existing installations.

You’ll join a borderless team of data engineers, clinicians, product experts, and customer success pros, contributing to monitoring, automation, and infrastructure-as-code efforts while collaborating with global teams and supporting on-call

Qualifications

• Azure DevOps and Azure Resources
• YAML, SQL, Scripting Languages (PowerShell / Shell / Python)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with hospital source systems such as EMR or PAS (Cerner, Oracle Health, InterSystems, iPMorieMR)

Responsibilities

• Support the DevOps team to ensure deployment pipelines are working correctly and available.
• Design, build and maintain multi-stage CI/CD Pipelines (gated builds, targeted tests, code-quality & security scans, safe release automation).
• Automate repeatable deployment tasks and workflows.
• Deploy and manage product installations within HCL ecosystems, as well as deployed within customer ecosystems.
• Contribute to our monitoring and alerting infrastructure.
• Contribute to our product ecosystem and infrastructure, especially within our infrastructure-as-code resources.
• Support and work with the global HCL teams to ensure standards are aligned and followed.
• Participate in On-Call schedule to provide timely support for our production client environments.
• Leverage approved AI tools to accelerate diagnostics, documentation, and repetitive tasks.
• Collaborate in reviews of work with others as appropriate.
