Country Road Group is seeking a Junior Designer in Melbourne to support the Senior Designer and design teams in bringing collections to life. You will research trends, assist with sketching ranges, and prepare detailed vendor briefs to align with brand strategy.

You’ll work closely with designers and cross-functional partners, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality, commercially viable product ranges in womenswear.

Qualifications

• Design diploma/degree required.
• Junior designer experience or equivalent.
• Experience with local and offshore vendors and production processes.

Responsabilités

• Support Senior Designer to design product ranges aligned to the brand strategy.
• Research trends and insights to inform design direction.
• Conceptualise and sketch ranges; maintain range documents.
• Create thorough product briefing specs for vendors (technical/construction).
• Prepare samples and documentation for key meetings.
