Job summary

Love to Dream is growing its Sydney-based Design & Product Development team and seeks a hands-on, entry-to-early-career Design & Development Assistant. You will work on artwork, CAD execution, colourways, and PLM data accuracy while learning tech packs, specs, and sample approvals.

You will own execution and data tasks, support sample room operations, and collaborate across the design team to move the seasonal range forward. Based in Sydney with Zetland travel a few days weekly.

Qualifications

Some experience (entry-early career) and/or qualifications in apparel, textile, or product design.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and interest in CAD, tech packs, and PLM systems.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks without errors.
Eager to learn end-to-end product development for a global apparel brand.
Experience with babywear or safety-regulated apparel is a plus but not essential.
Based in Sydney and able to travel to Zetland minimum 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

Design Execution & Artwork: Produce CAD flats in Illustrator and develop colourways.
PLM & Data Management: Maintain SKU records and BOM data accurately.
Sample Management: Organise and track samples from proto to approval.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support tech packs, CAD execution, and product reviews.
