• Construction Management qualification or currently studying.
• Trade background with relevant construction experience will be considered.
• Experience on commercial or residential construction projects.

Your new role

As a Junior Contract Administrator, you will work closely with an experienced Contract Administrator and Project Team to support the successful delivery of major residential developments. • Assisting with invoice processing, variations and progress claims
• Supporting subcontractor and supplier management
• Assisting with project administration and reporting
