Job summary

The Living Company in Sydney CBD is seeking a Junior Business Systems Analyst to join our Technology and Ops team. You will support, improve and implement systems spanning property management, CRM, ERP, financial and operations platforms, troubleshooting issues and documenting processes.

You will grow your business systems expertise as the group expands Build to Rent. This role emphasizes curiosity, proactive learning and collaboration across teams to deliver practical system improvements.

Qualifications

Experience in business systems, IT, property or student accommodation is valued.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a willingness to help non-technical colleagues.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Support Operations Managers and Technology team across Scape properties using systems like StarRez (PMS), Salesforce (CRM) and Rapid Global incident reporting.
Investigate and troubleshoot system issues, collaborate with users to improve performance and usability.
Gather requirements, map workflows, document processes, and contribute to business cases for system improvements.
Assist with vendor engagement, system evaluations and implementation activities to deliver practical solutions.
Create and maintain process documentation and support ad hoc technology projects.
