Job summary

Scape Australia, part of The Living Company, is seeking a Junior Business Systems Analyst in Sydney to support, improve and implement key systems across property management, CRM, ERP and building operations. You will troubleshoot issues, document processes and grow your business systems expertise.

This role will work with Operations Managers and the Technology team to gather requirements, map workflows, identify improvements, and contribute to practical business cases.

Qualifications

Experience in business systems, IT or student accommodation is valued.
Must be proactive, curious and eager to learn and make a difference.
Bonus points for StarRez, Salesforce or Rapid Global experience.

Responsibilities

Support Operations Managers and Technology team across Scape properties.
Investigate and troubleshoot system issues and improve performance.
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and map workflows.
Identify opportunities to improve systems and contribute to business cases.
Assist with vendor engagement and implementation activities.
Create and maintain process documentation and share knowledge.
