Job summary
Dematic is seeking a Graduate or Junior AGV Engineer to join our Mobile Automation team in Adelaide. You will gain hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of AGV systems, including testing, integration, commissioning, troubleshooting and customer support, with travel to customer sites as needed.
The role offers hybrid working after initial training, a competitive salary with superannuation, and opportunities for career development as you work with cutting-edge automation and robotics
Qualifications
- Engineering degree in Electrical or Mechatronics/Robotics/Industrial Automation.
- Desirable knowledge of configuring, programming and commissioning AGV PLCs.
- Desirable technical writing abilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support by investigating and resolving Mobile Automation system issues and informing customers.
- Manage incidents and tasks to meet deadlines, budgets and quality standards.
- Train operators and client personnel, and maintain accurate technical records.
- On-site commissioning of AGVs and assisting with scheduling, costing and ordering hardware.
- Test and integrate AGV and PLC systems, and support safety compliance.
