Our Moorabbin-based Head Office and Finance team plays a critical role in supporting our operations across ANZ and APAC, and we’re looking for a Junior Accountant to join us and grow in our collaborative and high-performing team.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to take the next step in their career. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll be a key support across day-to-day accounting operations, with a strong focus on Accounts Payable, banking, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Processing and reconciling AP invoices, travel expenses, and lease payments
• Preparing weekly payment batches and AP ageing reports
• Maintaining supplier records and ERP data integrity
• Performing daily bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations
• Supporting monthly cash flow forecasting and FX contract allocations
• Assisting with month-end journals, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions

What You’ll Bring

• 1+ years of accounting experience (ideally in AP or general accounting)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or Business
• Started or planning to start CA or CPA (we support both!)
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems (highly regarded)
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
