Juicello South Melbourne Market is seeking two experienced hospitality team members to join a busy juice bar during the summer season. You will prepare juices, smoothies and bowls while delivering fast, friendly service in a high-volume market setting.

The role emphasizes reliability, teamwork and the ability to work under pressure, including weekends and peak periods. Prior juice bar experience is valued but not essential if you have strong hospitality background.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment (café, juice bar, restaurant or similar).
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Confidence using POS systems and handling transactions.
• Strong food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and think ahead.
• A proactive attitude – someone who sees what needs to be done without always being asked.
• Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic.
• Previous juice bar or smoothie-making experience is highly regarded but not essential if you have strong hospitality experience.

Responsibilities
