Qualifications

• Legally qualified with post-admission experience.
• Excellent organisational, research, time management and drafting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and superior written and oral communication.
• Able to liaise with the profession and the public.

Responsibilities

• Performing administrative tasks, including maintaining court records and preparing material for use by the judge in court.
• Clerking in court and drafting orders.
• Liaising with court staff, the public and the profession.
• Legal research.
• Proofreading and fact-checking.
• Assisting with the production of judgments.
• Assisting in judicial mediations.
