Mayneline Joinery Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee joinery and cabinet making projects from inception to completion. Based in Arundel, QLD, this full-time role centralises client, supplier and internal coordination to ensure on-time delivery and top quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of project management in carpentry/joinery, strong budgeting skills and proficiency in project management software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in carpentry/joinery (3–5 years).
• Strong knowledge of carpentry and cabinet making processes and materials.
• Excellent organisational and time management across multiple projects.
• Solid budgeting and financial management understanding.
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule all project phases from design to installation.
• Manage budgets, costs and timelines to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
• Ensure workmanship meets quality standards and safety.
• Prepare quotations, contracts and change orders; maintain records.
• Conduct site visits and monitor progress and compliance.
• Liaise with tradespeople to ensure timely delivery.
