Haigh’s Chocolates is seeking a customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our Miranda store as we head into the busy Christmas season.

We’re looking for experienced Retail Assistants who take pride in creating unforgettable customer moments through outstanding service. As a Haigh’s ambassador, you’ll bring warmth, enthusiasm, and a genuine love of chocolate to every shift.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Previous experience in retail or hospitality
• Availability to work across weekdays, evenings and weekends
• A strong passion for customer service and a memorable in-store experience
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• A desire to learn and share detailed product knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and professional problem-solving mindset
