Job summary

Atwork Australia is hiring a Job Coach in Geelong, VIC to empower clients to build confidence, develop job-readiness skills and pursue meaningful employment. You will work with diverse stakeholders and support pathways to sustainable outcomes.

You'll join a fast-growing team that values integrity, compassion and collaboration, with full training provided and a focus on helping people overcome barriers and thrive together.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or a client-facing role.
• Genuine interest in supporting people overcoming barriers.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholders.
• The ability to stay organised and work in a structured, goal driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and coach clients through tailored activities that support their employment journey.
• Work with employers and our Employer Engagement team to connect clients with suitable job opportunities.
• Help secure sustainable employment outcomes and provide support when clients are at risk of losing work.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to link clients to the right programs and services.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all work meets compliance requirements.
