Job summary

Foster & Co is a family-owned jewellery business with an in-store manufacturing workshop, offering casual roles with potential for permanent positions. You will help customers celebrate special moments by guiding them through jewellery and gifts with care, in a busy retail environment.

We seek warm, proactive individuals with strong communication and reliability. Saturday work and peak trading periods, including Christmas, are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales is a plus
• Customer service focus and willingness to learn
• Reliable with attention to presentation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their needs
• Guide customers through jewellery and gift choices
• Work towards sales targets as an individual and team
• Assist with repairs and custom jewellery enquiries with workshop support
• Follow up enquiries to turn interest into purchases
• Maintain displays and store presentation
• Assist with transactions, stock handling and day-to-day store operations
