Adecco Australia Group is seeking an experienced Factory Manager to oversee its Australian manufacturing operations. You will lead day-to-day factory operations, drive process improvements, and coordinate with the global parent organisation.

The role requires business-level Japanese and English, strong procurement and supplier-management knowledge, and compliance with local laws, health and safety standards. Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required.

Your Profile

• Procurement Experience: Extensive experience and long‑term knowledge of procurement within the housing industry.
• Operational Knowledge: In‑depth knowledge of the relevant parent‑company operations, clients, and markets.
• Language Skills: Business‑level Japanese and English proficiency is essential, including the ability to communicate effectively with local counterparts on technical matters both verbally and in writing.
• Business Protocol: Experience working with Japanese business protocols.
