Job summary

Just Better Care Eastern Suburbs is seeking an Italian-speaking Community Support Professional to join our team in Sydney, NSW. This casual, part-time position focuses on compassionate, person-centred in-home care for aging and disabled clients.

You will work closely with clients to support independence, communication, and community connection, using your Italian language skills and strong interpersonal abilities.

Qualifications

• Speak Italian.
• Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, Individual Support or related field.
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Valid NSW Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, respectful and person-centred approach to care.

What You’ll Need

Ability to speak Italian

Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, Individual Support or a related field
