Job summary

Stratco in Adelaide, Australia, seeks a hands-on Technical Lead to drive a large ERP transformation built on Oracle Fusion Cloud. You will provide technical leadership, architecture governance, and implement integration between new and legacy systems while guiding cross-functional teams.

Reporting to the Transformation Director, you will shape the enterprise application portfolio and ensure secure, scalable cloud services across PaaS/IaaS environments.

Your mandate

This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in the delivery of a large-scale, enterprise transformation program. You will act as the primary customer-side technical lead for a cloud-based ERP implementation. Reporting to the Transformation Director, you will provide technical leadership and guidance across the programs’ resources and activities. This includes enterprise architecture and solution design governance, application integration design and quality assurance, PaaS and IaaS environment management, security and identity management, and the development of custom applications. Broader key responsibilities include:

• Collaborate across all levels of the organisation to initiate and maintain effective engagement with the program
• Architectural Oversight: Review and approve solution designs to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, integration strategy, data governance, and security standards.
• Standards and Compliance: Define and enforce adherence to architectural principles, patterns, and standards across all project workstreams.
• Governance Leadership: Key role in both the Tech Sub-co and Design Authority to provide these forums with advice and guidance on ensuring a scalable and sustainable eco-system is delivered.
• Integration Oversight: Ensure seamless integration between new and legacy systems, identifying and mitigating architectural and operational risks.
• Change Impact Evaluation: Evaluate proposed changes for technical and architectural impacts, balancing business requirements with maintainability and supportability.

The individual:

Accordingly, we are looking for an exceptional, hands-on Technical Lead who thrives at the centre of complex, enterprise-wide transformation programs. You bring a track record of leading large-scale technology change, underpinned by deep expertise in the implementation and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion Cloud services, and the confidence to shape and optimise a broad application software portfolio.

Make no mistake — this role is for an individual who leads from the front. Your background in software development and/or systems integration, combined with sharp domain knowledge and sound technical judgement, positions you to influence at every level. You will balance technical leadership with stakeholder engagement, delivery accountability, and the orchestration of high-performing, cross-functional teams as part of a major ERP transformation.
