Programmed on behalf of EB are now accepting applications for a methodical and well-organised IT Systems Support Officer to work on-site in Westbury Tasmania in a permanent full-time capacity.
Role Summary
This position is responsible for monitoring and actioning IT service desk requests and incidents, as the first point of contact and providing Level 1 and 2 support across devices and systems.
You will be accountable for managing each request end-to-end, ensuring ownership from initiation through to closure, and maintaining consistent communication with end users and the IT department throughout the process.
