Job summary

[Client] seeks a Business Analyst/Project Manager to lead a Dynamics CRM implementation, bridging business and technology, coordinating stakeholders, vendors and developers. The role oversees legacy systems during transition and drives governance and improvement across IT initiatives.

You will work with senior leadership to translate business needs into practical tech outcomes, facilitate workshops, and produce clear documentation and user guides.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager or Systems Coordinator.
• Exposure to software implementation, especially CRM projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical people.
• Experience working with software vendors, developers or managed service providers.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Confidence facilitating meetings, workshops and project discussions.

Our client is embarking on a major journey to replace a long-standing legacy platform with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. They are looking for someone who can bridge the gap between business and technology, someone who enjoys understanding how a business operates, working with stakeholders, challenging ideas, coordinating vendors, and helping deliver technology that makes a real difference.

If you're a Business Analyst who's developed strong project management skills, or a Project Manager who enjoys getting involved in business analysis and systems improvement, this role offers the opportunity to own both.

What you'll be doing
Your role will be incredibly varied and will see you become the central point between the business, software developers, technology vendors and managed service providers.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading the internal coordination of a major Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation.

• Helping drive cyber security initiatives, governance and continuous improvement.
• Producing clear documentation, user guides and process improvements.
• Supporting the broader organisation with technology coordination and IT initiatives.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving business problems through technology rather than simply supporting IT.

You'll ideally bring:

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager or Systems Coordinator.
• Exposure to software implementation, especially CRM projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
