Job summary

Infinite Care on the Gold Coast seeks an IT Systems Administrator to support and enhance our technology environment across multiple aged care sites. You will manage servers, networks, software, security, and documentation, while assisting staff with issues and contributing to continuous improvement.

Located in Bundall, the role focuses on infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and automation, with opportunities to lead tech projects and uplift digital capability within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong technical knowledge across hardware, software, operating systems, and networking.
• Understanding of information security principles and data protection practices.
• Experience in aged care, healthcare, or similar environments is highly desirable.
• A valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain one).

Responsibilities

• Systems management: Maintain servers, storage, and infrastructure for optimal performance.
• Network administration: Configure, monitor, and secure LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
• Software & vendor management: Install, update, and manage applications across sites and coordinate with vendors.
• Data backup & IT security: Implement backups, DR plans, and security policies; perform audits.
• User support & training: Provide technical support and train staff on systems and applications.
• Technology upgrades & projects: Assist with system upgrades, migrations, and new tech evaluations.
