Job summary

The Australian Taxation Office is seeking experienced IT professionals to join our Enterprise Solutions and Technology teams as IT Systems Administrators. You will support and administer systems across cloud, hybrid and on-prem environments, deploying applications and tooling while adapting to evolving technologies.

Ideal candidates will handle incidents, changes and automation, collaborate with diverse partners, and contribute to secure, reliable services.

Qualifications

Contributes to the administration, support and maintenance of applications, systems, networks and cloud-based environments.
Manages incidents, service requests and change activities, applying established processes to achieve service outcomes.
Investigates, analyzes and resolves operational and technical issues, identifying risks and implementing appropriate solutions.
Supports deployment, automation and continuous improvement activities to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
Communicates effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing advice and resolving complex issues.
Collaborates with internal and external business partners to support service delivery and achieve organisational outcomes.
Applies knowledge of system administration, identity and access management, monitoring and operational support practices to maintain secure and reliable services.
