The Role

We are seeking a motivated IT Support Specialist with 2–3 years of experience to join our growing team. This role is a blend of IT support, hardware troubleshooting, and invoicing/admin tasks. You must be able to communicate professionally in both English and Chinese, as you’ll support a diverse client base.

Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day IT support for internal staff and clients.
  • Troubleshoot hardware issues with desktops, laptops, servers, and peripherals.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment including computers, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Perform asset management, including inventory tracking, equipment setup, and warranty coordination.
  • Support networking basics: LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, cabling, patch panels, and VPNs.
  • Install and maintain CCTV systems and related hardware.
  • Configure and recover operating systems (Windows/macOS).
  • Ensure endpoint security measures (antivirus, encryption) are in place.
  • Invoicing & Admin: Prepare and issue client invoices; track payments and follow up where required; maintain daily work records.
About You
  • 2–3 years’ experience in IT support, helpdesk, or hardware support.
  • Professional fluency in English and Chinese (written & spoken).
  • Strong hands-on skills in hardware troubleshooting and installations.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and Active Directory.
  • Advanced knowledge of networking fundamentals.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of handling invoicing/admin tasks.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Nice to Have
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (Microsoft, Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
  • Knowledge of IT ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk, JIRA, Lark).
