Job summary

Lyra Technology Group is seeking an IT Support Engineer, Level 2, to join their team in Melbourne, Victoria. The role requires working independently onsite as the sole technical resource with remote support across multiple sites.

You will handle Level 2 escalations, provide hands-on hardware and software support, and contribute to documentation and service delivery improvements while collaborating with Team Leaders and the Service Delivery Manager.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Level 2 IT support or similar role.
• Experience in MSP or customer-focused IT environments.
• Ability to act as a senior/go-to technical resource for colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Own and resolve Level 2 technical issues from escalation to resolution.
• Provide hands-on technical support across client environments, including hardware and Microsoft technologies.
• Work remotely with occasional onsite visits and travel between client sites.
