Freightways is seeking a dedicated Service Desk professional to join our Australia team, resolving escalated incidents across endpoints, applications, identity and connectivity. Reporting to the Service Desk Lead, you will own incidents and requests, coordinating with infrastructure specialists and providing timely user communication.

The role includes onsite and field support across Allied Express, TIMG, Shred-X/Med-X and VT Freight Express, and you will help develop automation for provisioning

Qualifications

• Proven ability to resolve escalated support issues with methodical fault-forking.
• Can coordinate work to completion and communicate risks clearly.
• Experience across multiple business environments with field support is useful.

Responsibilities

• Investigate unfamiliar faults across endpoints, apps, identity and connectivity.
• Restore services within approved procedures, coordinating specialist help.
• Develop and maintain support automations for provisioning and recovery.
• Define improvements, coordinate dependencies, test solutions and verify them.
• Keep users informed, document findings and guide colleagues.
• Provide onsite and field support, including deployments and relocations.
