As the IT Support Intern, you will provide assistance and support to your clients to make sure all IT infrastructure and network systems run smoothly. Working alongside your L2 and L2 IT Support colleagues, you will be mentored and trained in areas such as Windows Server, Active Directory, ITIL, Virtualisation and Azure. If you are keen to gain employment in Information Technology, this IT Support Internship is the perfect way to start your career.

IT Support Internship Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining your key client computer systems including hardware and software applications, with a focus on Microsoft Applications
  • Troubleshooting issues with Windows 10 and Office 365
  • Ensure optimal performance across all IT systems so employees can maintain a high level of productivity
  • Providing technical assistance with hardware and software to all end users in the workplace
  • Log bugs and enhancement requests
  • Resolving IT Support issues via phone, in person, and electronically
  • Maintaining the job ticket system and liaising with L2 support to escalate complex issues
