Job summary

Talent Corp is seeking a skilled IT vendor relations specialist in Melbourne to onboard and manage relationships with a panel of suppliers. The role focuses on onboarding ~30 existing software vendors and expanding the panel to ~60 as the program grows, ensuring conformance with SLAs and contract terms.

You will coordinate onboarding activities, manage vendor contracts, track progress, resolve issues, and liaise with technical teams to coordinate integration requirements for a government agency

Qualifications

• Experience in supplier/vendor management within an IT or technology environment
• Proven ability coordinating supplier onboarding and managing multiple vendors simultaneously
• Strong understanding of IT service delivery and SaaS agreements
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and organisational skills
• Experience in Victorian Government or complex multi-vendor environments is valued

Onboard and Manage IT Vendor Relationships - $660 a day + super

About the role

This role will focus on supplier management, contract management and vendor onboarding, supporting an established panel of approximately 30 software suppliers, with a further 30 suppliers expected to be onboarded as the program expands.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate supplier onboarding activities for approximately 30 existing vendors
• Support supplier and contract management activities, ensuring vendors meet agreed SLAs
• Manage supplier relationships, track onboarding progress, resolve issues
• Work with technical teams to coordinate supplier integration requirements

About you

• Demonstrated experience in supplier management, vendor management and contract management within an IT or technology environment
• Proven experience coordinating supplier onboarding and managing multiple vendors simultaneously
• Strong understanding of IT service delivery, SaaS solutions, supplier agreements
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and organisational skills
• Previous experience within Victorian Government or a complex multi-vendor environment will be highly regarded
