Job summary

A state government client in Perth is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to provide exceptional IT support and customer service. You will be the first point of contact for technology-related issues, supporting hardware, software, and internal systems in a collaborative ITIL-aligned environment. Ideal candidates have ITIL certification, strong technical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

  • ITIL Foundation certified or experience in an ITIL environment.

Overview

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional IT support and customer service? Join our State Government client as a Service Desk Analyst and play a key role in supporting critical infrastructure across WA. As part of our client's Service Delivery team, you’ll be the first point of contact for technology-related issues, providing high-quality support for hardware, software, mobile devices and internal systems. You\u2019ll work in a collaborative, ITIL-aligned environment, supporting a wide range of users and technologies.
