Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a small team of sales and procurement professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.
• Oversee procurement processes, including quoting, ordering, invoicing, and receipting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Act as the primary point of escalation for customer and supplier issues, driving timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with customers to keep them informed on order progress and ensure satisfaction.
• Manage stock logistics and inventory, including dispatching goods and coordinating with freight companies.
• Analyze team performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices.
• Prepare and present customer reports, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
• Oversee warranty call tracking, managing the full lifecycle of warranty services.
• Drive team training and development to enhance expertise in IT products and procurement processes.
• Perform general office administration tasks as needed, supporting overall business operations.
