BDO's Risk Advisory team delivers IT risk services including governance, risk, and control frameworks across cyber, privacy, and continuity. The role sits on the RAS Leadership Team, supporting Partners to grow the IT Risk Advisory & Consulting business and oversee diverse client engagements.

The successful candidate will coach junior staff, manage multiple client portfolios, and drive continuous improvement across practice processes, tools and offerings while upholding high delivery standards.

Qualifications

• High level of experience in a similar role in practice or industry.
• Information systems, accounting or business related qualification.
• Certifications or qualifications relevant to the role (e.g., CISA, CISSP, ISO27001 Lead Auditor/Implementor).
• Experience in Cyber Security Governance Risk and Compliance including framework reviews.
• Experience in Privacy assessments, leveraging the Australian Privacy Principles or Global Privacy regulations, including the GDPR.
• Experience in IT risk management including frameworks, risk processes and methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Support the Partners in developing IT Risk Advisory & Consulting business and drive engagement delivery.
• Manage a varied portfolio of clients across industries with a focus on IT risk.
• Supervise fieldwork and produce high-quality reports and deliverables.
• Apply firm delivery standards to provide insightful, client-focused advice.
• Contribute to development of new service offerings and continuous improvement of processes.
