We are seeking IT Midrange Application Developer to join our Enterprise Solutions and Technology teams.

As a IT Midrange Application Developer, you will contribute to building, testing and maintaining IT application projects to meet business outcomes.

Within the team, you will work in an Agile and Development Operations environment. You’ll provide advice to clients on moderately complex issues such as interpreting the business intent of features and research tools and methods to improve IT platform capabilities. You’ll work within multi-client/multi-vendor projects, with various stakeholders, participate in workshops and elicit requirements to create technical documentation.

You will guide and support less experienced staff by coaching, reviewing their work and providing feedback to build team capability. You’ll model and encourage others to adopt an agile approach and support a culture of continuous improvement.

These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Adelaide, Brisbane CBD, Canberra or Melbourne CBD.
