Job summary

St Peter's College Cranbourne is seeking an IT Manager to lead our multi-campus technology operations across Cranbourne and Clyde North. This full-time role supports the College Leadership by maintaining digital infrastructure, service desk delivery and strong cybersecurity practices.

The successful candidate will oversee ICT strategy, develop annual operational plans, and build partnerships with staff, students and families.

Qualifications

• Must have qualifications and substantial IT leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills (verbal and written).
• Experience with school environments and safety requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of IT professionals across Cranbourne and Clyde North campuses.

This role is full-time and ongoing and will lead our multi-campus technology operations working dynamically across the College's Cranbourne and Clyde North Campuses. The successful candidate will act as the trusted advisor to College Leadership supporting the Annual Improvement Plan, whilst managing the College's digital infrastructure, service desk operations and maintaining tight cybersecurity protocols.

• Can lead and develop a team of dedicated IT professionals
• Delivers exceptional service to stakeholders, including staff, students & parents/carers
• Will develop, implement, and oversee the College's ICT strategy, roadmap, and annual operational plans to align with educational goals.
• Has the relevant qualifications and experience to undertake the role
• Has superior communication and organizational skills (verbal and written)
• Identifies opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
• Demonstrates ability to build partnerships with a range of stakeholders (both external and internal) to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Is competentinaudio visual and digital technologies.
• Experience working in a school setting would be well regarded but is not essential.
• The successful applicant will have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children and will hold both of Working With Children Check (Employment) and a National Police Check.

In accordance with the Diocese of Sale Catholic Education Agreement 2022, the salary range for a Category A, Education Support Employee Grade 6 is $124,877 - $143,284.
