Job summary

Redox is an ASX listed leading raw material and ingredients distributor with extensive national operations. Redox is seeking an IT Support Officer on the Helpdesk to join the head office in Minto, South-West Sydney, blending on-site work with remote support after probation.

You will assist internal customers with desktops, laptops, printers, telephony and software in a Windows environment, log tickets, and contribute to project work as skills grow. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year IT helpdesk experience.
• Tertiary IT qualification (degree/TAFE or cert).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and monitor helpdesk queues.
• Provide first/second line support.
• Escalate issues to senior engineers.
• Log tickets in Zendesk.
• User adds/moves/changes in systems.
• Install and maintain OS and software.
• Assist with procurement and licensing records.
• Write technical docs and guides.
