Nexigen Digital in Australia is seeking an entry-level Customer Service team member to help IT clients with timely, friendly support and basic troubleshooting.

You will triage calls, handle billing queries, manage domain and hosting questions, and assist with account upgrades across phone, chat and email. Training is provided.

A passion for technology and strong customer focus will help you grow in this role within a supportive team.
