Service Stream invites applications for the 2027 Ignite Graduate Program in Melbourne for an IT Engineering Graduate. The two-year cohort covers Infrastructure Systems Engineering, Network Administration, Digital Support, End User Computing and Applications Support, with a development pathway to roles such as Systems Administrator or Cloud Engineer.

O-Week starts February 2027 at our Melbourne head office. The program features rotations, networking events, professional membership, learning

Qualifications

Completed or about to complete a minimum 3-year undergraduate degree such as IT, Computer Science or Network Engineering.
Available to work full‑time for the 2‑year duration of the program from February 2027.
Australian Citizen and able to obtain and maintain Defence Security Clearance.
Hold a current Australian driver’s licence.
Willingness to travel to Service Stream offices and operational sites as required.

Responsibilities

Join the 2-year Ignite Graduate Program across Infrastructure Systems Engineering, Network Administration, Digital Support, EUC and Applications Support.
Participate in job rotations, networking events with executives and graduates, and professional membership.
Receive remuneration increases every 6 months and transition to a permanent role upon completion.
