Job summary

Talenza is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to join a growing ASX-listed organisation in Sydney. This role sits across Finance, Technology and the wider business, supporting BAU activities alongside key finance transformation and process improvement initiatives.

We are looking for someone who can get into the detail when required, build strong stakeholder relationships and translate business challenges into practical technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience as Finance Business Partner, BRM, Finance Transformation and Business Improvement.
• Strong understanding of finance processes and operating models.
• Experience delivering transformation and process improvement.
• Stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience working across both business and technology teams.
• ERP/finance systems, AI or automation experience highly regarded.
• CA/CPA or consulting background highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Finance, Technology and business units.
• Support BAU activities while driving finance transformation and process improvements.
• Translate business challenges into practical technology-enabled solutions.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and facilitate workshops to align objectives.
