• Define and execute the Tribe's technology strategy across ING's Retail domain.
• Lead end-to-end delivery with measurable business value.
• Build high-performing engineering teams and foster a culture of excellence.
• Drive Agile and continuous delivery to improve speed and quality.
• Ensure security, resilience, and alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Oversee health, risk, and lifecycle management of technology assets.
