Overview

Provide strategic business analysis and support to critical business systems across all of Mulpha's business units

Mulpha Australia is one of the country’s most strategic real estate debt and equity investors and leisure, residential and commercial property development and retail and office sectors. We have an amazing portfolio of world class destinations, businesses, luxury properties and products.

In the role you will be responsible to assist the IT Team to provide strategic business analysis and support to critical business systems to all Mulpha entities. Supporting our Financial ERP system and major hospitality SaaS solutions, this is a critical 2nd level support role.

Key responsibilities will include but not limited to

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements.
• Analyse business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Develop user cases, process flows, and other documentation to support business needs.
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, projects and SaaS based products.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure system solutions meet business needs.
• Strong knowledge and support in Windows 11, Office 365 and Active Directory and other SaaS based products.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Power Automate and API
• Assist in Hospitality specific IT Support Tools including Point of Sale Solutions and Property Management systems.
• Establish documents, test, and communicate appropriate disaster recovery emergency procedures to follow when computer system(s) are inoperable.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role
• Experience in IT Helpdesk support.
• Effective communication and experience in transitioning processes and procedures during systems implementations
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Analytical and methodical mindset
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Visio
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
